Bathhouse offers a holistic approach to healthfulness and pleasure
The wet area at the heart of the Bathhouse can be enjoyed as a circuit: first a dry sauna, a salt scrub and drenching overhead shower, a steam room, followed by a 225-gallon Japanese Ofuro tub for hydrotherapies and cold plunges. One of the two available treatment rooms connects directly to the baths.
Featuring Wildsmith, the cruelty-free, high-performance skincare line from the United Kingdom, guests may elect to experience a specific facet of the Bathhouse à la carte or as a prix fixe circuit, building on the propulsive energy of moving between treatments, temperature, and media. Skilled practitioners offer massage, acupuncture, astrology and more. Our 50-foot seasonal pool serves as an oasis during the warmer months. Bathhouse services and amenities are available exclusively to Belden guests.
Fitness equipment, floor exercise and Pilates are either self-guided or accompanied by private instruction.

Our wellness practitioners are trained by Wildsmith, expertly incorporating the Wildsmith philosophies of respect for nature, its rythms, and sensitivity to each individual body's unique needs. We concentrate on listening, breathing, touching, feeling and seeing. Our frameworks are tailored to the body’s natural circadian rhythm, incorporating essential oil blends and massage techniques that vary according to the time of day.

Sensitive to the needs of each guest, our practitioners and instructors tailor each treatment and class for maximum accomplishment, whether the goal is to soothe or to strengthen.
We consider a full body approach, including Kinesiology diagnosis, Cranial Sacral Holds, Foot Zone Reflex Therapy and advanced Abdominal Massage. Facial techniques include Myofascial Release, Acupressure and Breathwork. We aim to slow time, reconnect with nature’s pace. Each individual interaction is just that: individual.

Bathhouse Reservations
Bathhouse wellness treatments and experiences are available to Belden guests from 9AM to 5PM with a reservation. To arrange a Wildsmith treatment or a private Thermal Experience, book your stay and get in touch.
Bathhouse Hours
Bathhouse is open to hotel guests every day from 7AM to 7PM. The wet room — steam, sauna, salt scrub and cold "plunge" shower — may be used at guests' leisure from 7AM to 9AM and from 5PM to 7PM on a first come, first serve basis. No more than six hotel guests are permitted in the wet room at once.
Pool & Lawn Club
A stylish 50-foot seasonal, solar-heated swimming pool is tucked within our property — a literal in-town oasis with chaises around it and in secluded pockets of Belden’s landscaped lawn. Our Lawn Club offers guests traditional games, such as boules, croquet, and badmitton, best enjoyed with a glass in hand.
