March from the West Green and Witness the Monument Dedication.

Starting at 12:00 p.m., join the 5th Connecticut Regiment and march from the bottom of the West Green to the Center Green. At 12:30 p.m., there will be an unveiling and dedication of the new monument on the Litchfield Green.
