Gather with Katherine Saunders, M.D.

Gather with Katherine Saunders, M.D. to discuss Metabolic Health, Honestly

Most of what people hear about metabolic health comes from a fifteen-minute appointment or a social media feed, and neither leaves much room to dig deeper.

Over lunch at the Firehouse, Dr. Katherine Saunders sits down with Corey Angelo, Dutchfield’s Director of Wellness, for a candid conversation about weight, metabolism, and long-term health: what we know, what we are still learning, and what is being oversold. They’ll explore why weight and metabolism can be so difficult to change, what truly drives metabolic health, and where GLP-1 and other medications fit for those who may benefit from them.

They’ll also examine nutrition, physical activity, sleep, body composition, and other factors that shape metabolic health. The goal is to cut through the noise and provide a clear framework for navigating the options, tradeoffs, and decisions in an increasingly complex landscape.

Guests will have the opportunity to submit questions anonymously. Dr. Saunders will answer them in general terms rather than provide individual medical advice, creating space for topics people are curious about but may not feel comfortable raising out loud.

$55 per person, $50 for Belden Members. Includes lunch and conversation. Beverages will be available for purchase.
