On Saturday, April 11, join Shaina Lowe-Banayan of Cafe Mutton in Hudson, Efrén Hernández of Casa Susanna in Leeds, NY and the forthcoming Pez at Rivertown Lodge in Hudson, and Troutbeck's Executive Chef Vinny Gilberti and Emma Isakoff for a special Hudson Valley Magazine GATHER Culinary Event at Troutbeck.

The GATHER dinner is an immersive culinary evening where 4 of the Hudson Valley’s top chefs come together in a rare collaboration, crafting a multi‑course menu that celebrates the region’s most exceptional ingredients. The night unfolds with bespoke cocktails, thoughtful wine pairings, and dishes that highlight the Valley’s finest seasonal delicacies—all set against the atmospheric backdrop of the storied estate. It’s an intimate, elevated "Gathering" unmistakably rooted in the flavors of the Hudson Valley.
