Recipient of a Michelin Star within six months of opening at Manhattan's Le Restaurant and a two-star New York Times restaurant review for his seasonal modern American cooking at SoHo staple Savoy—Chef Ryan Tate joins Executive Chef Vincent Gilberti at Troutbeck for a festive and decadent dinner as an ode to truffles for one night only.

At Troutbeck, Ryan and Troutbeck's Executive chef, Vinny Gilberti, will collaborate on a three course prix fixe meal ($145+ tax + gratuity) with a combination of shared and individually plated dishes: a first course of five dishes meant to be shared, with three entrées to choose from, and a suite of family-style desserts.
