September Newsletter: Summer Days, Autumn Nights
September: Summer Days, Autumn Nights
As ever, time between the long weekends have flown, and we are in the exquisite, bittersweet transitional month of September, a time of summer's end and the auspicious start of fall. Our swimming pool will remain open and our lawn classes will continue as long as weather allows. We'll light fires as the seasons dictate.
September is an exquisite time to visit Litchfield County and explore its creative offerings and natural bounty. Come hither.
Meals, Mini Martinis & More
Our abundant seafood tower is available at lunch and dinner, and is the ideal way to catch up with a friend or start a romantic meal. Meanwhile, every Monday through Thursday, we serve $8 petite martinis – "Tiny 'Tinis" and $2 oysters from 4:30 to 6pm, and we serve Sunday Brunch from 8am to 4pm. Tea service, a local favorite, is available Sunday through Thursday afternoons, from 2-4:30pm.
LISTEN IN: BHM x Marshall Headphones
We're delighted to announce that every room at Belden is now equipped with Marshall headphones, and something worth listening to.
We've partnered with Dan Harris for four guided meditations and DJ Tim Love Lee for four original playlists, all available for guests throughout their stay.
You can move around the property, from the library to a picnic blanket, your guest room to a walk through town, and experience the audio excellence of Marshall headphones. Guests may purchase them with a special code.
Your LDW Sanctuary Starts at the Bathhouse
Book a 90-minute Wildsmith Radical Botany Facial ($402) or a Wildsmith Massage ($396) before summer winds down, then finish in the thermal circuit – sauna, steam, cold plunge.
