Booking Policies

Check-In: 4PM — Check-Out: 11AM

• All guests are required to check-in at Reception in Belden House at 31 North Street
• Our reception will be manned 24 hours a day for the duration of your visit. Reception may be reached by phone or via email at should you have any questions or requests
• If you've forgotten a personal item, including a phone charger, razor or other necessity, please call the front desk, we are likely to have what you are looking for

Housekeeping Services

• Daily service will be between 9am - 4pm
• Evening turndown will be conducted after 6pm each night
• Please note you will not be permitted to enter your guest room while these services are performed
• If you do not wish to have this service, please place our Do Not Disturb door tag on the outside of your guestroom door

Restaurant and In-Room Dining

• We strongly encourage you to make dining reservations prior to your arrival. Please inform our team if you have any special dietary requirements for us to consider
• A la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at the restaurant daily
• Breakfast is served from 8am-11am
• Lunch is served from 12 to 5:30pm daily
• Dinner is served from 5:30 to 9pm
• In-room dining is available from our House Menu from 8am to 9pm daily. There is a $10 delivery charge and 20% service charge added to all in-room dining orders

Wellness

• Belden's private wellness facility offers movement and fitness, treatment rooms, steam, sauna, cold plunge and a soaking tub for hydrotherapies, a seasonal heated 50-foot pool and lawn games
• For treatment appointments cancelled within 2 to 7 days a 25% refund will be offered
• You will be fully charged for treatment appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice

Cancellation

Your reservation may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival to receive refund of deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrivals, no shows or early departures are subject to a charge of the full reservation value.

Given the nature of our preparations – well in advance of your arrival – there will be no exceptions to last-minute cancellations. Should you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Children

We love children (many from our team are parents!), however, Belden House & Mews is not suitable for small children and therefore welcomes children 12-years old and up. Adults arriving with children less than 12 years of age will not be able to check-in and will forfeit their reservation. 

Pets

We adore pets, but unfortunately we do not permit them at Belden House & Mews, with the exception of certified service dogs. Rooms that can accommodate service dogs must be requested ahead upon availability. All dogs must be leashed at all times while on property.

Smoking Is Prohibited

State law forbids smoking anywhere indoors. Guests will be charged a fee of $300 for any violation of this policy. The use of electronic cigarettes in the common areas is strictly forbidden.
