Children’s Policy
We love children (many from our team are parents!), however, Belden House & Mews is not suitable for small children and therefore welcomes children 12 years old and up. Adults arriving with children less than 12 years of age will not be able to check in and will forfeit their reservation.

Deposit Policy
A deposit for the first night’s stay is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Your reservation may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit, less a $100 Cancellation Processing Fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no-shows, or early departures are subject to a charge of the full reservation value.
Should you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Resort Fee
A $35 resort fee is applied to all bookings per room, per night. The resort fee covers Outdoor Pool access and towels; bicycles; Bathhouse access; high speed internet; In Room Tea/Coffee; on-site parking; EV charging;
